PADI Open Water Course

Details

The 5 day Liveaboard option is an awesome way to get your PADI Open Water Certification and to experience the thrill of being a diver on a Liveaboard. With the extra dives included on this trip you will be able to refine your skills after the course and get much more comfortable in the water. The additional underwater experience is invaluable and the next time you go to jump in the water for a dive you will be so glad you chose this option!

Itinerary

Day 1 : Pool and Theory
9.00am pick-up from your city accommodation Classroom theory Dive medical (if required) Lunch (not included) Dive equipment selection Pool training 5.00pm return. (approximately)

Day 2 : Pool and Theory
9.00am pickup from your city accommodation Pool training Lunch (not included) Classroom theory. 5.00pm return. (Approximately) * Please note on days one and two - meals, accommodation, and Medical are not included. You will also at some point in the first 2 days be required to swim 200m and tread water for 10 minutes.
Meals :Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3 : Two Training Dives
7.30am pickup from your city accommodation. Transfer out to the reef aboard our day trip boat and do your first 2 training dives. Lunch (included) At 14:30 transfer to our Liveaboard boat where you will spend the night. Lunch, dinner and accommodation included

Day 4 : Certification as Open Water Diver
Breakfast, 2 more training dives Lunch (included) Certification as Open Water diver Afternoon fun dive Guided night dive. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and accommodation included

Day 5 : Three Dives
Breakfast, 3 more fun dives Last dive completed by 2.00pm. Breakfast and lunch included. 5.00pm return to your accommodation.

Pickups / Departures

  • Return transfers from the Northern Beaches $60.00 Valid to 31st March 2020 - payable on the day of travel
  • Return transfers from the Northern Beaches $75.00 Valid from 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021 - payable on the day of travel

Departs:

Day 1: Pick up 9.00am, brought to the shop

Day 2: Pick up 9.00am, brought to the shop

Day 3: Pick up 7.30am, check-in at the boat 8.00am
 

Returns: 5.00pm days 1,2 and 5

Duration: 5 days (2 classroom, 3 at sea)
